If your order qualifies for a specific type of postage (ie. next day delivery or special delivery) your tracking number will be sent with your confirmation email.
If you have a 'signed for' parcel being delivered, please note that the tracking code will only update at the time a signature is provided. You will not see any updates before this.

You can return faulty or defective items within 60 days of purchase.
If an item is not in its original, resellable condition (including packaging), it may be returned to you or incur a restocking fee. We’ll contact you before taking any action.
For faulty or defective items, we’ll cover return postage up to £5.00.

Fast Processing
We’ll process your request the day we receive it, but please allow up to 7 working days. You can do this for refunds anytime within 14 days from the date you received the item.
Missing Deliveries
If your item hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, contact us at 02392 698285 or sales@alexandrasports.com with your order details. We’ll track your parcel and update you. Claims for missing items must be made within 28 days of the estimated delivery date.
Exceptions
Some orders may be delayed or require additional processing. These include:
- Damaged or faulty items – If an item is found to be faulty before dispatch and no replacement is available, we’ll contact you for alternatives or a cancellation.
- Fraud prevention – If your order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, we may contact you for verification before processing.
- Stock errors – Our inventory updates every 5 minutes, but rare errors may occur. If an item is unavailable, we’ll reach out to discuss your options.
