Engineered Mesh Upper
To enhance comfort and provide you with an optimum fit, the Ride 18 features a newly updated engineered mesh upper. This material boosts breathability, ensuring your feet remain cool and fresh during intense activities. Strategically positioned perforations provide a continuous flow of fresh air, keeping active feet comfortable. The moisture-wicking properties minimise sweat build-up, preventing discomfort and keeping you dry during hot running sessions.

With a stretchy design, the materials conform snugly to your feet for a secure fit, while allowing for free and flexible movement whether jogging through parks or hitting the roads. Similar to that of previous versions, the Ride 18 features Saucony's signature print overlay, providing you with a striking, stylish pair of shoes, as well as adding structure and support to your feet.

Finally, the shoes feature added heel collar cushioning for optimum next-to-skin comfort and a secure fit, alongside traditional laces to keep feet secure, and helping to prevent in-shoe slipping.

PWRRUN+ Midsole
Even softer, more responsive and lighter in weight than ever, the Ride 18 features an updated PWRRUN+ compound. The PWRRUN+ compound ensures maximum energy return to keep feet bouncy, soft and responsive across your next training or running session.

Providing you with an exceptionally smooth landing the cushioning provides rebound with every step, thanks to the increased foam content and reduced shoe weight. With shock-absorbing properties, the midsole sponges impact from hard and often unforgiving surfaces, allowing strides to be energetic, and helping to prevent discomfort or injury when pounding the pavement.

XT-900 Outsole
For increased grip and traction on a range of road surfaces, the shoes utilise a hardwearing XT-900 outsole.

The rubber is enhanced at the front, to provide optimum security during toe-off, while being long-lasting for complete confidence on all styles of terrains. The strong connection provided with the ground will also ensure you have a firm base to push from, making your gait cycle more efficient. Adorning the outsole are flex grooves for a smooth stable base and allow a flexible and stable movement.
